2 tsp anchovy paste
3 fresh pressed garlic cloves
1.5 c. mayo
1/4 c. half and half or milk
1/3 c. parmesan
2 T. lemon juice
1 T Dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
as much milk or half and half to make it the consistency you want.
whisk or put all ingredients in food processor.
leave for 1/2 hour to let flavours blend.
i like to make my own mayo with this.
