grated cheese (cheddar is best)
toothpicks (yes toothpicks)
if you need to cook some fresh chicken just slice and saute it in some cooking oil
I like to cook fresh slices of chicken and add my seasoning to it while it cooks.
Once your chicken is cooked mix together your
chicken, cheese and onions (add your taco seasoning if you didn't already)
mix thoroughly and put a good 1/4 to 1/3 cup on your tortilla
then fold both sides in and both ends and secure it with a toothpick
then fry on med-low for a few minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crunchy.
the cheese and onions melt and cook inside and get all yummers
serve with your choice of sides salsa, sour cream, guacamole or just eat plain... these make great cold lunches too
